If your Hotwood's pontoon boat gets damaged, we offer original log replacements to get your boat back on the lake. All mounting brackets will be predrilled to fit your original mounts under the deck of your boat. This easy-to-install set makes it simple for you to repair a damaged boat back to new.

1. You will order the model set you need.
2. When the set arrives, either turn your boat upside down or work underneath it, take the bolts out of the framework, and remove the original logs.
3. Once you have removed the damaged logs, simply place the new set exactly where the old ones were bolted on, bolt the new ones securely in place, and you are ready to go boating!

Replacement cones 8” and 12”
If you own one of Hotwood’s early model pontoon boats that have the 8” and 12” cones that are in need of replacement we offer the parts to do so.
These cones were used on Hotwood’s boats as old as 1996 models. You will need to take your boat to a local shop that welds aluminum along with these replacement cones and they will be able to cut the old ones off and replace them.
Shown to the right is the 8” and the 12” replacement cones.
If replacing all the front cones on your boat you will need ( 2 ) 8” cones and ( 2 ) 12” cones. Always make sure the logs get pressure tested before you change out the cones to make sure where any leaks or problems may be in the logs themselves.
Your repair person will know how to pressure test the logs. ( UPS Shippable )
