The Cajun Fryer is by far the best fryer of its kind on the market today. With the cool bottom design, the bottom of the tank will never be burning hot to the touch while frying. The heat tube that runs through the oil is centrally located in the oil bin, allowing the top of the oil to reach the temperature you need to fry, leaving the bottom of the tank cooler in temperature. And, all the drippings end up in the bottom, making your oil last much longer. This process also keeps this week’s chicken from tasting like last week’s fish!
